Crystal Savoy RD Nutrition Counseling is a growing, insurance-based private practice specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, GI health, and complex nutrition concerns. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically curious dietitian to join our team and provide virtual nutrition counseling from a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and whole-person lens.
This role may be a meaningful fit for a dietitian who enjoys working with complex cases, values ongoing supervision and collaboration, and wants to focus on clinical care without the added stress of billing, scheduling, insurance credentialing, or administrative work.

Crystal Savoy RD Nutrition Counseling provides virtual nutrition counseling for clients navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image concerns, GI conditions, hormone and reproductive health concerns, and chronic health management.
Our practice is grounded in the belief that nutrition care should feel supportive, individualized, and respectful of each person’s lived experience. We take a weight-inclusive and trauma-informed approach, while also offering thoughtful medical nutrition therapy and functional nutrition support when clinically appropriate. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a dietitian who is aligned with our values and excited to support clients with depth, nuance, and care.
About the Role
Remote position
1:1 virtual nutrition counseling
Starts with up to approximately 10 clients per week

Scheduling, billing, insurance, EMR, and admin support provided

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide individualized virtual nutrition counseling for clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image concerns, GI concerns, hormone and reproductive concerns, and chronic health conditions.
Responsibilities include:
Provide 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling
Support clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, GI concerns, hormone concerns, and chronic conditions
Use MNT through a weight-neutral and trauma-informed lens
Create individualized treatment plans
Review and interpret labs, including GI MAP testing
Collaborate with therapists, PCPs, gastroenterologists, and other providers
Complete documentation in the EMR
Participate in supervision, training, and case consultation
Who We’re Looking For
Strong candidates will have experience or training in:
Eating disorders and disordered eating
Body image concerns
GI health and gut-related conditions
Lab analysis
Functional nutrition or root-cause approaches
Individualized treatment planning
Motivational interviewing and counseling skills
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Bonus experience includes:
GI MAP
HTMA
MCAS
POTS
EDS
Endometriosis
PCOS
Hypothalamic amenorrhea
ACT, IFS, or other counseling frameworks
Requirements
Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credentialed through CDR
Licensed in Massachusetts or willing to obtain Massachusetts licensure
Licensed or willing to become licensed in additional New England states
Aligned with weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, client-centered care
Comfortable providing virtual nutrition counseling
Able to see approximately 10 clients per week, with opportunity to grow
*Licensure costs for additional New England states are supported for the first year.
