Registered Dietitian Nutritionists in-network with
Meet Crystal Savoy, MS, RD, LDN & Our Team of Dietitians
This practice was born from Crystal’s own journey after years of navigating her own experiences with disordered eating, gut issues, and hormone struggles. She created this space to be what she needed back then — a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely listened to. With a blend of compassion, curiosity, and real-world experience, Crystal and her team are here to help you explore your health without shame or restriction, and to remind you that your body is worth trusting.

I highly recommend working with Crystal or any of the other RDs on the team. I genuinely feel better — my sleep, my skin, my digestion, my energy levels — all of it. The approach of looking at root causes and context of the whole person versus just symptom chasing has made a world of difference in long term sustainable change.

What is Functional Nutrition?
Functional nutrition is a personalized approach to health that looks beyond symptoms to understand and address the root causes of imbalance in the body.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, this approach uses nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support your body’s natural ability to heal. The goal of holistic nutrition isn’t just symptom relief. It’s restoring balance, improving function, and helping you feel your best for the long term.
What is Weight-inclusive care?
Weight-inclusive care is a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to health that affirms all bodies as worthy of respectful, personalized care, regardless of size.
Rather than focusing on weight as a measure of health or success, weight-inclusive care recognizes that well-being is shaped by a variety of factors including genetics, social determinants, mental health, access to care, and health-promoting behaviors. This approach prioritizes improving health outcomes without prescribing weight loss.
Crystal Savoy RD Nutrition Counseling is a welcoming and affirming space for humans of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, and backgrounds.

We take a trauma-informed and weight-inclusive approach to holistic nutrition. That means we recognize how past experiences may shape your relationship with food, and we never make assumptions based on body size. Our work focuses on sustainable habits, body respect, and healing, not restriction.
-
How often you meet with your dietitian depends on your unique needs, goals, and preferences. Many clients begin with weekly nutrition counseling sessions to build momentum and receive consistent support. Over time, sessions may move to biweekly or monthly as you gain confidence and clarity in your nutrition journey.
Whether you're navigating digestive issues, hormone imbalances, disordered eating, or seeking a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach, we’ll collaborate on a schedule that supports your health without overwhelm.
We’re here for the long haul, but always at your pace.
-
Each session is tailored to you. We may explore eating patterns, energy levels, digestive symptoms, lifestyle habits, and your relationship with food. Together, we set goals that feel realistic and rooted in self-care.
-
You don’t need to bring much, just yourself and a willingness to explore your relationship with food, body, and health. Just ensure you’ve completed our intake forms in advance of your first appointment. You’re also welcome to bring:
A list of current medications or supplements
Any recent lab work or medical history you’d like to share
Questions, goals, or concerns you want to talk through
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, learn about your health story, and begin building a plan that supports your well-being, whether we’re focusing on functional nutrition, intuitive eating, hormone balance, digestive health, or simply reducing food stress.
There’s no need to have it all figured out. Come as you are — we’ll figure it out together.
