About Leanna
Hi, I’m Leanna! I’m a registered dietitian based in Miami, Florida, with a deep love for food and the stories it carries. I grew up in a Southern home where family meals featured fried chicken, homemade biscuits, and the joy of cooking together. As I ventured into the world, my palate expanded through international meet-ups, travels to France, Bulgaria, and Brazil, and countless recipes shared by friends, family, and even strangers. To this day, I keep a cookbook filled with these treasured dishes.
While my love of food sparked my interest in dietetics, my passion for eating disorder recovery comes from supporting loved ones through their own struggles. I work from a weight-inclusive, non-diet lens, supporting clients in exploring food freedom and body trust at every stage of life. I believe movement should feel good, not forced. My motto? Move in ways that bring you happiness and help you feel at home in your body.

A little about me
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me scuba diving in warm waters, experimenting with sushi recipes, or tending to my jasmine plants with dreams of brewing my own tea. I love woodworking, collecting old books, and savoring dishes like Zereshk polo ba morgh.
