Grace Clark-Hibbs MS, RD, LDN

Hi, I’m Grace! A registered dietitian and gut health expert based in Portland, OR, where I live with my husband and orange tabby, Tony. I have a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of New Mexico and a master’s degree in dietetic administration from Utah State University. I’ve spent the first 7 years of my career working in school foodservice management and helping clients resolve their complicated GI issues for the past 2 years.

I began to feel called to the nutrition coaching space when I realized I had hit a wall with my own digestive issues that had plagued me for over 10 years. None of the conventional medical support I sought out made a significant or lasting difference - in fact, things were only getting worse. It was then that I decided to take matters into my own hands and research what was going on for myself. Through this process I discovered a functional nutrition approach to symptom relief that is based on identifying the root cause of the symptoms rather than focusing on treating the symptoms themselves. This approach was a game changer and has allowed me to make substantial progress towards relieving my own severe and chronic gut issues and is the approach I take with all of my clients.

In addition to exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, my husband and I have a passion for traveling abroad and experiencing other cultures. Plus, we are major foodies and absolutely LOVE trying new foods and restaurants everywhere we go. I also enjoy cooking, photography, being adventurous, listening to true crime podcasts, and have a soft spot for trashy reality TV.
